To Whom It May Concern:
I would like to report a company named VANDERBILT MORTAGE COMPANY about how they treat people and don't understand that there are circumstances that happen in a persons life that are unavoidable. My husband has made payment arrangement to catch up on our payments of our mobil home since he has made the arrangments he has been in a car accident leaving us without a vehicle and the insurance company of the person that hit him is only paying a portion of the truck still leaving us with a $7, ooo. Oo balance that we still have to pay on our loan on the truck that we will no longer have.
How ever he has again tried to make payment arrangements again and has been refused. I do understand that he has made other arrangment to make these payments and has not followed through but he did not intend to get in a car accident. He has a payment due on the 12th of november so he called Beverly at vanderbilt to tell her he will make a payment on the 15th of november and one on the 19th of november and she refused him I don't understand she will be getting her payments. Then she in a way accused him of lying about him getting into a car accident so he told her he would give her his lawyers name and she could talk to her.
Then they both had some words and she ended up hanging up on him not is that very proffesional I think not. So I then tried getting ahold of her to talk to her and have only gotten a voice mail and have not got a response so what are we to do. To day is 10th of november so why can't she wait to do a forclouser on my home she will get her money on Monday and Friday I think they need to have compassion on us who are trying to make things right.
