GE Money Bank Unfair business practices

I've a merchant account Carefully credit-which I've settled frequently, each month. Every month they deliver me the declaration and that I deliver the cost back. The cost arrives about the 2nd of every month. For that past many months, they've not delivered the paperwork before 9th of the month or later, producing my payment overdue.

I've reported for them three differing times, on the registered point, and when written down. They're achieving this deliberately to obtain more cash from me.

I've attempted to get hold of them about that by phone and there's no choice to talk to a genuine individual about your consideration.
