Rip off & rude with it - Groupon Spa day for two

The worst Spa day experience we've ever been on. J2A Blackburn road Rossendale did not deliver half the treatments or lunch included in the package full value of £190. No robes slippers or sauna and the relaxation area was a joke, in a cold dingy basement with a noisy tank of fish. We arrive for our aromatherapy massage & facial treatments and had to share a room as one room was too cold and had no heating in. One therapist was texting on her phone whilst trying to perform a one handed massage. When I advised her the constant clicking was distracting I expected her to stop. However she gave the explanation she was checking the time (even though there was a watch and a timer on the trolley next to her) and continued to keep using the phone. Between texting she placing it next to my head on the couch where it received 2 incoming calls. When I terminated the treatment the therapist refused to continue with any more treatments leaving my sister without her massage. No one asked me what had happened or offered a resolution to the situation. We were left in the basement with no food or drinks and only half the paid for treatments carried out. We had to find the other therapist to come & discuss the situation but she was not interested in asking what had happened & said she was not able to carry out the rest of the treatments as she had another appointment. The facial my sister received was supposed to include a choice of hand, foot or neck massage but this was never offered & the therapist left the room during the time the face mask was on and it was whilst the one therapist had left the room the other started using her mobile phone. Disappointing sums up the premises but the staff really do go the extra mile and add insult to injury with their rude couldn't care less attitude. We invited the staff to help find a resolution whilst we were there, waiting a full 30 minutes for them to rectify the situation before finally leaving to go and buy lunch so we don't expect them to be particularly helpful now.in fact if past performance is anything to go by the will probably start insulting us as they have previous complainants.
