I ordered the belmont patio furniture and ottoman from target. After waiting all day for the delivery, and taking several hours to assemble the furniture two of the items were defective. Next I spent hour on the phone trying to resolve this issue. Their response, disassemble the items, place all of them back in the original box and wait all day for the pick up. Then I can reorder the items. How thoughtful, no consideration to my time in days off from work, or hours in the assembling and disassembling the items. The customer service reps answer: I can help you place your reorder for you. Wow how thoughtful. How about putting a discount towards the future order since my time and efforts are being required. My response I'll reorder somewhere else.
