Tonight, I was exactly 12 mins late for my treatment). I was held up on the tube. Despite there being nobody waiting, they refused to fit me in. Ok except last time, they kept me waiting at least 30 mins. The double standard made no impression on the supercilious, unhelpful and frankly over made-up receptionists, one of which turned out to be the assistant Hitler - sorry, manager. Nor could they rebook me for any other time in the next month (after 5pm).
I was pretty furious at the lack of customer care and indifference I was shown but I wasn't shouting. Nevertheless, I was told not to raise my voice at the front desk. Why? There was NOBODY there? Red rag to a bull and yes, I took great pleasure in doing some serious yelling after that.
I decided to cut my losses. I have had 3 treatments and seen absolutely no difference in hair growth and yes, I told the therapists this at the last treatment and the one before. One of them told me (when I showed them the excellent results I had from a previous treatment at Skin at Moorgate) that Skin probably had better and more up to date equipment. I'd agree.
Save your money and go to a proper salon. This lot are a bunch of rude, unprofessional charlatans, offering services they clearly can't deliver in a manner that really shouldn't be tolerated. I really want a refund please
