I bought two wedding rings and gemstone out of this area (Sears at South-property Mall of Memphis, TN). More, I required this shop to dimension the bands. Nevertheless, after I contact the shop to check on to determine when the bands have been measured the very first sales person. Was rude saying, "when they have not called me yet which means the bands haven't been measured yet". Then she explained to put on on-but she put the phone up in my own experience. I called back and have to consult with the manager within the jewelry division and he or she mentioned, "I'm the supervisor". Subsequently, I questioned her who had been the supervisor within the shop and he or she mentioned she didn't understand. I usually store as of this shop for product and requires sears photos. I'm as though the revenue supervisor within the jewelery division didn't realize that many clients understands their privileges. Nevertheless, I'll be getting my company elsewhere and certainly will inform others to not store as of this area. Using the economy just how that it's no body really wants to invest their cash and become treated rudely. Please advise me or recommend me on which the next phase that I have to consider.
