I ordered shampoo and conditioner and got a call several days later from the company; if i bought one more of each i got a third set free. I explained i'd not used the product before and was unsure and she assured me there was a money back guarantee, plus shipping was free so i figured i had nothing to lose. Hah hah. I did not like the conditioner and requested my money back and was told my requested would go to the bookkeeping dept. And taken off my bill. Didn't happen. Called back the next month and was told the bookkeeping dept. Should have taken care of it and she'd re send the request. I asked if she could speak directly to someone in the dept. And was told she would. When my statement arrived, no refund. Called a third time (3mos. Later) and was told it should have been done. I requested to speak to someone with more authority and she said she'd given my number to the owner who would call me back. After a couple wks. I called my credit card company and filled out all the forms but ultimately was told i'd waited too long and the company was refusing to refund my money!!! I think they strung me along, knowing there's a complaint time limit! I think they ripped me off!!
