Gee Your Hair Smells Terrific
Ripoff Teeny tiny bottles of shampoo - listed only in ml and vague combination descriptions

This company sells shampoo and conditioner in miniscule bottles - at about $3.50 each. Now, I probably should have looked at how much. 50 ml really is, but being in the United States, most of what I use is in ounces. This looks like about 3 tablespoons of liquid.

Also, they sell what they call a combo pack (1 shampoo, and 1 conditioner). If one were buying 5 combo packs, you would expect to get 5 shampoo and 5 conditioners. But NO you get 3 shampoo and 2 conditioners.

When I complained via email, they stated that it was clear what a combo pack was, and I would have to pay a 25% restocking fee. I went ahead and sent the stuff back months ago, but have yet to receive any refund.
