This company is terrible to deal with when cancelling the monthly fees which they like to set up on recurring Electronic Funds Transfer or Credit Card. I had to go into the local Tanning salon on three occasions to sign paperwork to supposedly cancel over a year ago. I had talked with the Manager and Linda Norton at the home office in Terre Haute and she assured me these memberships were cancelled in March. Now a year later the charges re appear and they claim now the forms I signed were to put the memberships on "freeze" for one year. They require you to show them the signed contracts one year later. It is absolutely ridiculous... Do not set your account up on automatic payments with this company!!!
