I bought a voucher for a bed mattress and followed the procedure, Unfortunately after a long wait the mattress never arrived. I contacted Groupon who promised me a refund but it would take upto 3 weeks. So I waited... Again I contacted them... Another three weeks. Once again I contacted them... Another promise, more lies and no action or refund.
