Never cancelled order

I tried to *cancel* the merchandise, prior to the end of the free one month interval, as originally directed. I had been told by cs when the merchandise containers weren't received within the next couple of days, that our

Charge card could be constantly billed for your full product cost ($80.00) on a car ship plan!!! The return # is rma 1848479. How do i avoid them from constantly getting me to get a solution that i do not need, when i currently spoke with cs, as-well delivering a termination mail to their site???
