I want to bring some attention to the FS Salon at 59 south Rossler in Buffalo NY. I have been a customer for about 1 year now and never gone to the same person twice. I always wanted to go to this man by the name of Rob, but he is ALWAYS BUSY. I finaly got the chance to get an appointment with him and was so happy I did. He was so intrested in what and how I style my hair he also took the time (like 15 mins) to talk about the products I use and everything inbetween right down to the type of brush I use, he even showed me how to style my hair at home. Anyway he did the best color and cut I ever had in my life (and I have gone to the better salons in Clarence/Williamsville. My old Hairdresser is still a friend of mine and wanted me to talk him into going to his salon, I think Rob owns this Fantastic Sams tho. I feel like he does because he takes care of it like it is his, he also brought the hairdressers to another level. Im so blessed to have such a knowledgeable person to do my hair I dont think this guy ever has a bad day. He always makes sure every client is taken care of. I hope if this guy is only a stylist he at least is taken care of because I cant stand to loose him I made all my appointments for the entire year with him because he is so busy.
