You get what you pay for, definitely. To sum it up, I went to 2 different Fantastic Sams within a week of each other and both times the "stylist" had no clue on how to do hair. The first time, she BUTCHERED my bangs, I keep having to pin them off my face, they look so bad. Also, she never dried my hair all the way either, far from it. Thinking I would try a different location for a hair color&and not rich enough at the moment to go to a real salon - I tried again, only to have a REALLY annoying girl yap at me the whole time, claiming she was such an expert, and this "expertise" had won her no friends at this particular salon. Among other things, I had to sit there and endure hearing about her currently having her time of the month, and her rancid smoke smell. So totally gross and unprofessional! And gave me a really odd, weird color, not horrible, but DEFINITELY not what I was hoping for... And all this with my baby's baptism 2 days after this appointment. Yuck, ugh, fill-in-the-blank - I will never set foot in this chain store again, they have not a clue about what they're doing. I've been there too many times now to know that their staff is ever-changing, the turn-over is incredible. NEVER AGAIN, is all I can end with and if you are smart, you will do the same!!!
