I bought loreal Paris new feria midnight collection (midnight star). It is supposed to be violet soft black. M32 warmer. It showed a picture of light brown hair on the box and then the pretty black violet as after. I used this product and even left it in 15 minutes longer to make sure it was dark because I had light brown hair. NOW MY HAIR IS A REDDISH PURPLE!!! Not black not even a dark purple! Uggghh! I'm so disappointed and angry because I cannot even return back to work because they find this color to be too wild for customer service! Thanks
