Let me first say that I have been using loreal products for years and love them. I was looking to lighten my hair so I found your product UL61ultra light ash brown. This was exciting because it was for dark hair. Well I tried it and it did not work. I followed the instruction and when done it lightened my roots but not the rest. Im disappointed because I paid for a product that didn't work. Where do I go from here. Should I try it again and waste more of my money. Is there a money back guarantee on hair color. Please let me know.
