I bought the Instyler layer wheels to get a free trial offer for thirty days. They didn't focus on my hair as advertised. I waited on-hold for more than 20 minute. 2 times in AROW to obtain an authoroization signal to come back them. This division is just available M F for limited hours. I published a written clarification filled with telephone numbers and delivered them before my thirty days were up.instyler delivered the wheels in my experience having a notice saying I'd to check out their return policy. It's difficult to obtain to customer support to obtain an authorization code. Today my thirty days are up and that I will need to pay shipping twice, even when they'll renounce the one month time. What an expensives waste of money and time! Please support me get credit for that 2 weeks they've billed me 39.99 every month and prevent the following 2 weeks costs.
