I called and tried proactivs risk free trial for 60 days. After 2 weeks I was not satisfied and called to get my money back. I was told that I had to pay to ship it back to them and then I would get my money back. I already paid 5. Xx for shipping and now I have to pay to ship it back. Worst customer service, I asked for a suppervisor and she yelled and argued with me, the customer, doesnt the customer deserve respect?
