Purchased a-ring from their store, later the most effective stone broke twice, delivered it in, and following a month of not reading something, I e-mail... Below it is still simply resting within their factory. Two weeks later they deliver it to europe to become set, they inform me two more months. I contact two weeks afterwards, again... 2-3 more months. Lastly after 2 weeks of these having it within their palm... I get a contact saying I am obtaining the band back and it is all mounted. Five days later... Nothing! I email them for that fifth period (and numerous calls also) and get what's happening... Again... They inform me it is resting within their factory plus they do not know why they'venot delivered it yet but stated they informed them-they have to deliver it nowadays... I am not keeping my breathing. I've never been handled such as this before from any organization! They're horrible! 2 1/2 weeks later... However no band back. Only a little uncomfortable when folks notice you are involved plus they request to determine your fianceis band... And it is not on her palm!
