Unfair billing and contracts

I tries to canceled my membership a couple of days before the renal. They said I had to mail the request in writing so I mailed in the cancellation letter. When I signed up I was not told any of this. Guess what! They charged my card plus 15 dollars anyway. I did not authorize them to bill me 15.00. They are a fraud. Never, Never goto LFF for anything.
