Received an email from HD Ideas declaring I'd decided to buy their Item.in my opinion approximately 18months before I required a "free trial offer" of the Item but Terminated due to conditions. This email declaring I'd decided to purchase had 2 phone numbers and 1 email address. I tried all unsuccessfully. I advised my Charge Card Support and was recommended to hold back and find out when they stated the purchase money. They did ($69.95). Our CC Host has declined to pay for and am expecting HD's responce. How are they permitted to declare cash and supply unobtainable phone numbers or email details?
