I am unemployed and decided to cut corners and try Cost Cutters. The stylist (if you call them that) hacked my hair into chuncks and I had to go to a "real" salon where I used to go when I had a nice paycheck, and they had to fix it; costing me $42.00 plus gratuity.
I plan on contacting someone who can assist me in getting back my money paid to Cost Cutters for a standard haircut plus the tip (when I was way tooooo generous at). This girl must have never attended a day of hair styling school or flunked out. These girls should not be allowed to play with sharp toys. I have read and heard similar stories like mine, only I plan to pursue reimbursement.
