I went in for a haircut and showed the girl a picture of what I wanted. I have short hair anyways so I told her I didn't want alot cut off just shaped up. Well she began cutting and all of a sudden I looked up and She had cut atleast a inch off my sides!!! I told her that was enough that is way too short! She says to me "do you want to keep one side long and keep this side short?" NO! She said well thats what is in, I told her I don't care what is in, That is NOT what I want. So she had to make the other side shorter and kept cutting. I had to just tell her to quit cutting I'm done and got out of the seat! Even though she knew I was extremly unhappy about the cut and she didn't finish, I still had to pay for the messed up cut!!! She didn't even listen to what I wanted! I will NEVER go back to Cost Cutters AGAIN!!! Oh I also email Cost Cutters and I never heard anything back! So that tells you they don't care about their customers!!!
