They are almost always RUDE, and like they are on a race to see who will get done with a hair cut first. I took my two sons in for a hair cut and two different stylists got a hold of them, the first two chairs. IT took them a matter of 5 minutes to butcher them up. My husband usually takes them at nite to the one who always cuts his hair, he warned me to wait till she came in the afternoon, but i didn't have the time as it was a Saturday and we had plans. Boy was that a mistake! When they were through in 5 minutes I was shocked, they looked like a child cut there hair, HORRIBLE! When i told them there hair was crooked they said that's the way there hair is. I said when that's not the way it looks when the other stylist cuts it, she said everybody cuts different. She did not offer to fix them. My husband went for his haircut a week or so later to the lady who always cuts his hair, and she was very apologizing for how i was treated and offered to try to fix there haircuts... But he said it wasn't her fault, the other two should have apologized and tried to fix them. My husband has been going to Sharon for 8 years and she always gives him a good haircut and is very nice, but I would not return there with my boys if it was the last hair cutting place in dothan alabama! My Husband will always go to his stylist to have his haircut and the boys to her, but I will never step foot in that place again... You need to teach the other stylists customer service skills
