Defective Product! I had been offered faulty silver bails in Nov.'10. Used to donot discover these were faulty till clients started requesting repairs on jewelry they purchased from me in February and March.in late May I examined all of the leftover bails and found all the bails had a crcak within the top cycle. After I named customer support I had been informed it had been simply too late - after their 60-day return/trade day and there is nothing to be achieved. I expained it was about badly maufactured bails and really shouldnot be limited to the 60-day principle... It was not that used to donot like them or these were the incorrect size or shade. I requested to consult with his supervisor or somebody higher-up and was repeatedly informed he was alone I really could speak with. Following a few move -models (and that I still couldnot think there isnot another person to keep in touch with), I was hung-up on and my telephone number was penalized and so I couldnot actually call-back. Their bracelets might be good but-don't trust their jewelry elements!
