I visited an ulta store and I probably would not go back. First I could not get help from anyone. I was there early in the day and the store was empty. The staff would rather just sit around and talk to each other rather then help the customers. When I finally approached one of the staff members for help I asked a question regarding a special they were having. He did not know the answer so he asked another member. She did not have the answer either. He went to the back of the house and asked someone and no one knew the answer. I finally just made a purchase of something else. I should have received a free gift with purchase when I asked about that he said he did not knwo anything about it. I showed him the ad and the sign and he said I could not get gift with purchase. I wrote a complaint to the head quaruters and never got a response. Not the first time I have complained on the website and did not receive an answer. I will definitely just go to Sephora instead.
