A couple weeks before I visited the Kiehl's table in Nordstrom to purchase an eyecream. I had been in a rush and so I only purchased regardless of the SA suggested. After I got home I noticed that she'd really offered me a serum with simply no moisturizing qualities at-all! Well nowadays I visited the table to try and return it. The SA who had been this dried out 40-something offered me lots of perspective. She got the merchandise out-of its container and really packed it. She stated that it must be 75% complete for me personally to obtain a reimbursement... And he or she packed about 10% of it out! It had been just-so gauche, I had been in surprise! A shitty SA offered me the incorrect item which even shittier you mightnot go back. I had been therefore persuaded to create enjoyment of her absurd blossom/feather hair item (that will be therefore 2007), but used to donot. I talked to customer support plus they set points right up. As the next woman I talked to was favorite, I'm boycotting Nordstrom. It creates me ill they have the worse customer support I've actually noticed! The bitchis lastname was Burns. I forgot her first.
