I bought a product in the cosmetics division at Master and Taylor in Annapolis Mall, but needed to return it since it smashed me out.
I went to the shop to come back them and that I needed to delay 20 units for almost any kind of support. Just 2 everyone was operating in the surfaces. After I contacted a CSR in the Shiseido table to help make the return, the woman declined to matter my return since I'd bought them in the Clarins point. It's no problem at additional shops to come back cosmetics from the diverse manufacturer at another cosmetics table...
I waited 10 more moments before "proper" CSR expected me what I needed. I informed her I had a need to create a return and offered her them and bill.
She looked over me and stated "I can not matter you the reimbursement since you applied it."
Amazed, I stated that it'd not been a problem before. The CSR started to get defensive and stated that the return policy mentioned that any exposed products couldn't be delivered and have been essentially for quite some time. She subsequently asked me when the item have been examined on my experience before buying. I mentioned no, it'd not been examined on my experience.
The the girl stated she believed I had been laying stating my experience appears good and that I informed her that I protect my bad nicely and it is truly none of her company. And exactly why is she blaming me of laying and providing me difficulty? I tell her that there's no reason behind me to look here anymore since shops for example Nordstrom don't provide me this BS.
The CSR then claims "Nordstrom wont permit you to return exposed cosmetics products anymore today. Would you purchase, use, return cosmetics items constantly?"
I tell her that I return items which I'm disappointed with, by which she's nothing more to express apart from she may matter me shop credit, which may have now been good fifteen minutes before prior to the interrogation.
I'm released $30 available credit, that we struggle towards the finish since I don't need just one cent of my cash to become invested at Master and Taylor again. A CSR from Clinique comes to me on the road out and claims this occurs constantly and workers will also be provided difficulty once they issue discounts... TYRANT.
I'll never shop there.
