The store-manager within the Area Reasonable, Santa Clara, California shop was so rude... Our child purchased a set of sneakers last Friday and also the sneakers was damaged which can not be used anymore. She visited the shop and have for credit or repairing the sneakers. The store-manager stated they're not Nordstrom. Nordstrom will require back the sneakers and deliver towards the Nordstrom stand to sell it. Cathy Jean's plan cannot get back the sneakers or repair it. And she stated sneakers can't last forever. It'll need replacing... This cause is truly horrible. What type of customer support is? We simply purchased sneakers 1 week before also it was damaged. Do we've to go simply because we're not fortunate... Well, actually the shop has such wierd poor customer support plan, she atleast must clarify in a pleasant way. Her perspective is simply horrible and rude... We'll never visit Cathy Trousers and we'll deliver e-mails to our buddies and my clients to boycott this shop... No purchase anymore...
