Without question-this organization has got the toughest customer support/sales representatives I Have ever experienced. I put an internet purchase, 48hrs later they deliver a mail saying my charge card address doesn't complement the payment address and may I please supply the correct tackle, that we did. 48hrs later I obtain the same response that we subsequently required somebody contact me or supply me having a primary quantity to somebody at X4labs therefore we are able to solve this and create the purchase occur. Nothing... 24hrs later I get a contact stating my purchase was returned (which how will you refund a should you couldn't cost my card within the first-place) and minute I actually donot need a reimbursement, I needed THE MERCHANDISE. Excellent salesforce there... Method to assist the customer.
I can't actually suggest or discuss the merchandise and its own achievement or disappointment simply because they evidently can't spot my purchase, even if I'm requesting to consider my income.
