Once i got the free sample and paid $1.99 shipping with the option of canceling in 30 days from shipping date a woman called the very next day to inform me that it had been shipped (I got an email confirming this prior to her call) and let her know I got the email that morning confirming this. She went through the spill of confirming address phone etc. Then she wanted to sell me some other products in which I said no. Looked at my banking on line and she had charged me 16.00. I not only canceled the order via number provided to me I disputed the charges with my bank. Called the attorney general. I emailed the federal trade commssion along with other consumer complaints boards. Theft by deception is a serious infraction. These people need to be held accountable for their deplorable selling tactics and lying the people
