I called to order a pressed powder and they said it would ship this was a week ago and i called every day to verify and the reps answering the phone are very stupid they all kept saying its on order but they did not know why it has not shipped. I went to talk to a supervisor and she did not know a thing so asked to speak to a manager and he said it was discontinued so why did they place the order ad every day i called and they could not tell me why i did not ship. The problem with them is you order something and you like it and then you call to re order oh and its discontinued. They are always do that. Do not order from sheer cover they have very bad customer service and always discontinue all there products
