Marissa or Melissa at Cost Cutters at the Foothills Fasion Mall in Fort Collins is completely unable to cut hair or listen whatsoever. I asked her to trim up my husband's faux hawk, simple task. She didn't understand it. I explained to her that his hair is short on the side, and long in the middle, down the backside as well. She asked me how much I wanted off, I said a 1/4 of an inch. She then proceeds to take off two inches. Then she takes off the hawk too and makes the hair all one length, buzzing his hair making him look like a rapist (which is why I don't have him buzz his hair because I can't look at him when he looks like this hair cut). She just straight up ignored everything I said and buzzed the top of his hair off, the sides, and down the back. No faux hawk, no twimming up, no 1/4 inch, she didn't even put in gel like I asked because there was no hair left to gel.
She then charged us not only for a haircut but a shampoo/condition and a style even though all she did was get his hair wet and no style.
