My pool is beautiful, the subcontractors did a great job of being on time, clean and courteous. The Salesman Brian promised follow up and a pleasant experience. I called Brian to ask a question and he returned my call 2 weeks later! They also called to perform a customer satisfaction survey, LOL it was before they even broke ground. I wish they would call now that the pool is done. I have had pools built before and this pool is nice but I was mislead by the salesman, There was no thought put into the design of the water flow so all the crap collects in the corners. No follow up after the pool was completed. Yes I may recommend Presidential Pools but I also recommend you read every line in the contract, Brian had a habit of not hearing what I wanted. Don't get the cartridge filter, it's a piece of crap, Good old DE is still the best and don't believe what they tell you (oh, you just pull it out an hose it off is BS. It took me over an hour to clean the cartridge filter.DE used to take me 5 minutes and I didn't get all wet! The remote they show you to operate the pool and all accessories is not the remote you get... Oh that's an additional 250 dollars, Oh you want the remote to turn on the waterfall. Oh that's additional $ They don't tell you this until the pool is done. Still waiting over a month for a follow up phone call for open items:- (They got there money so the hell with you!
