We had a pool installed in october We didn't use it that yr because it was the end of the season, We use it in The liner started pulling in all four corners, This year the same thing, one of corners starting ripping, I contact Joe Butler himself, spoke to him, explain to him what was going on and he stated that he was out of town doing a job and to call his office and make an appt. I called his office and the lady in the office stated she would pass the message on to Joe Butler, That he would give me a call. I told her I have call his cell phone and spoke to him. He never call me back, and call the office several times. No one ever came out to look at the damage. That liner suppose to have a 20 yr warranty, We payed right at 40,000. And now he acts like he didn't do the job. One thing we notice he had Hispanics that couldn't speak english during the job. He had another cascian giving them order, I spoke to another pool specialist, and he stated that liner should not be pulling, it should have been a custom fit to that size pool, the pool is an 18x36 3'-8', it was not, they cut to fit and had some left, We are so upset, no return phone call or anything. We also plan to take him to court, His work is awful, and this is not right, other people should be aware of his business, it not good, and he's not right, poor business when you're spending that kind of money, what can you do to help us
