Cost Cutters is bad

Cost Blades in Fox River, Illinois is filthy and unprofessional. There is hair all around the ground, surfaces and also the seat that I had been requested to sit down in. The supervisor, (really trashy searching) Wanda reduce my hair in about five minutes and quit it too-short and totally unequal. Never visit Price Cutters!
