I purchased the make up and agreed to receive further shipments. I did not like the make up, it did not agree with my skin. I called several days, the 800 number provided and was not able to reach anyone. I emailed several times through their website customer service/contact page and asked them to cancel the membership. When I received the second shipment, the mailman told me to just write "return to sender" and that he would forward. Now they are asking for a receipt and claim not to have received the 2nd shipment, nor the first (I do have a receipt for 1st return, but not sure whether I am in the 60-day return span policy). However, I will send that receipt to them anyway.
They charged me a third time, even though they sent correspondence in April indicating that they would not send further shipments. I have a deduction from my account dated May 5th for 29.99. This company takes advantage of people and does not care about its customers. I am a college student and paying for something that I do not want is obviously stressful to my financial situation. I could use the money for make up that is better for my skin, now I am without makeup at all, no shipments at all and yet they continue to deduct money from my account. I finally reached someone on the phone last week and they were not able to help me, stating that they have no returns on record and that I have to wait 2-3 months to see any credits. If this is the case, then I will undoubtedly receive other deductions from my account. They must be stopped.
