After I 1st strolled in Department mall Regis 2 stylist operating, 1 was supervisor, another did my hair. The supervisor completed a customer and after she strolled out the lady doing my hair stated "great work", and also the supervisor stated "yes right that appeared as if *", and chuckled! I shouldve left-right there! I needed incomplete blonde shows similar to the owners. She stated she did the homeowners and he or she might do exactly the same on mine. Ive been receiving my hair outlined for 14years which lady did this type of horrible work! I needed bleach blonde and he or she created them dim lemon! Stating the next time i arrived in she could easily get them as light-as i requested for! Ive NEVER needed to proceed another period!!! The shows arent spread possibly, she got a coating of hair, bleached it without weaving through therefore the black hair alternated. Stage is 130 bucks later i strolled out with dim lemon all messed up hair! I'd NEVER move here again or reccomendthis spot to anybody. Really unprofessional plus they dont understand and dont care whois mind they screw-up. Im just one mother and heading 4 times annually to obtain my hair done is just a luxury, Regis was a headache!
