Massage Envy is this kind of ripoff. I'll never set base for the reason that location again. My partner had bought mean hour 5 massage from their institution. I planned it having a hostess I'd employed before. As I was looking at, I merely passed the assistant my gift-card and began to wander out (I Would previously quit the hostess a money suggestion). She named me back and stated, THAT'LL BE $40 MORE. Huh? I told her that it had been for one hour 5 massage ($74). She stated we just provide presents cards in money amounts not time. Bullsh*t. My partner strolled in and stated he'd just like a giftcard for one hour 5 massage! Worse than that, she explained since I'd been there before I had been not entitled to a $74 massage. So that they repayed my devotion by receiving me $40. So that they charged me for $114 for one hour 5 msg. Easily would be billed for that, I Would have instead attended a club than Massage Envy (the Wal*marts of massage). Could you imagine easily might have provided something special card to some buddy/colleague like a present after which they'd the opportunity of spending AN ADDITIONAL 40-plus tip. Embarrassing. I anticipate they'll be out-of company by 2011.
