On 1/20 i ordered a free sample of advanced clense and was to pay. 99 for shipping and handleing, i had 14 cays to cancell. I cancelled on 1/28. My account was debted 149.95. After speaking to several operators for weeks on february 24th. It was determined that i did cancell on time and to expect a refund in 3-5 days, never recived refund. I call customer support every few days to check on my refund. On April13th. I spoke to supervisor Jancel (019) and was told now two months later i am not not reciving a refund "after investergating thet i did not cancell on time" I spoke with no less than ten of your operators that the refund was processed. Jancel said "they gave me miss information" even if this was the case because so many of his operators gave the same "miss information" as a consumer he is honor bound to ahead to it. Idid every thing i was told to do.
