I'm really disappointed with UPS., I spend towards the sender for shipping the bundle in three times. The bundle was acquired from California promptly March 5th. Thinks the bundle is likely to be get to my home on Thursday 8th. Oct.

I called often to advantages and established the bundle came on October 8th. With this specific verification I go to purchased my solution (trip) to Peru on October 11th 8.00 P.M. Have to be in the Airport La. The bundle didn't shipping on Thursday 8th. I named to advantages and suggested the bundle was delivered to Florida. All of the Boss didn't understand Why the bundle go back to Florida.

I approached Sara, 800-292-3013 and He or She make sure the bundle shipping in my experience on April 8th, Additionally I allow her realize that I'll visit to Peru on Sunday 11th at 8.00 P.M.By consecuense I'm unable to obtained a later date. I attempted to connection with Sara in the telephone above note why I didi not obtained my bundle promptly. She never reply the telephone and not return my calls. Additionally I talked with several administrators, and make sure the bundle will provide on Saturday 11th. NO WAS CORRECT!

I couldn't drop my Solution. Advantages doesn't tell the reality. Advantages error with this specific cargo???

The mistakes that advantages do the customers have to spend or shed my trip?

Never again may be use advantages.

Advantages needs to be much more importance and obligation within their deliveries.

Please examine and follow the cargo. Why delivered to California?
