I guess I am a bit of a fool for falling for the 'trial offer' scam that I read about on a facebook advertisment. I went to the directed website and ordered a 'trial'offer' of the teeth whitening product with a 15 day trial period. Well it turns out to be 15 days from the order (December 26) not when u get it (Jan 15th). So I was rather suprised to see myself billed not just the $3 for the trial offer on my cc, but another $84 for my monthy subscription... All before I even recieved my trial package. If u go to their website, it sends u in circles to message them at a non-existing email address. I finally got them on the phone, to end up arguing at lenth to cancell, and then being told that they would cancell me from then on, but there was no way to get my money back for the first monthy fee. I then asked when this "first month ' package was to arrive, and was told that the small sample from the trial offering WAS ALL I was going to get as that was my "first ' shipment and the $3 trial cost was really just a shipping fee for the first package (the tiny sample) and the whole fee for the trial was really to include the additional $84. ARGHHH!!! We went back and forth alot on this as the lady on the phone kept trying to end the call. Finally, she ageed to at least send me the one month of product as they would flat out not reimburse what I had been billed, with no further cost to me. Well. I am waiting to se if they do, but am not crossing my fingers. Watching my statements very close right now... Stupid me, I fell for a scam...
