Delivered an item I never requested for just two months following the 30-time cash back guarantee. Not necessarily assured the day they've may be the real time of shipping. Nothing to verify that day. Spoke for them on 1/22/10 and sent all of them my informtion. Named today and spoke to some repetition who explained that I had been too late to get my reimbursement of $160.00. I begged them to create an acception. NO MEANS they said. AND SO I requested to talk to another person and that I spoke towards the "supervisor" who explained that which was their plan. I stated that an insurance policy could be transformed, and he explained no it had been created in rock. I requested to keep in touch with another person and he proceeeded to inform me that that might be the leader of the organization and he's never there. I actually begged to I would like to talk to somebody within the reimbursement division, but to no avail! I simply need was is mine. They've their item AND my cash... Support
