I'm a former worker of American Laser Facilities. They're the most terrible organization you can ever imagine. I had been there for nearly 4 years. Anything with ALC is approximately revenue! The technicians need to market a specific amount every month otherwise your work is endangered. It's really demanding since you need to fulfill your quotas each month. Although not that you've to create revenue you know are shady. You've to complete that which you may to maintain your work which means you may market to people who you realize it wont work with or disadvantage people out-of cash whenever you understand they could not manage it! The return is crazy since technicians stop once they understand that they cannot fulfill their quotas or they get fired for not achieving their quotas. Technicians are continually making simply because they cannot manage it. Corporate doesn't consider something into account all-they worry about would be the figures! You may be the toughest technology and burning people but when you're promoting it does not matter. And when you're a great technology but don't market they'll eliminate u! In the place of attempting to train individuals to market they simply continuously eliminate them. If your center isn't performing great they'll simply eliminate the supervisor becuase they believe they are able to get somebody inside who are able to market more when occasionally the truth is that might just not be considered a center that's actually likely to create that much with respect to the region or whatsoever. Everybody within this organization is in a press. I've observed supervisors escape with soo much however they have been in the "press" to allow them to escape with something. I have noticed exemplary supervisors proceed since they're not preferred or not within the press. The supervisors continuously take a seat on their mobile phones and news about additional supervisors in different centers. Often the supervisors SHOULD NEVER BE there and rely on their technicians to handle the center. All of the supervisors worry about is in the event that you assist them to obtain their bnous check. Supervisors reward at 40,000. The corporation is a couple of backstabbing, coniving, cold-hearted people.
