Money taken want a refund as no product recieved. Have tried contacting and no response

£54.15 obtained without me understanding and not recived item in whatever way! I'd like my money-back! Have tried calling there customer support quantity and not obtain a response or does e mailing them! Scammers and that I want my cash back
