We purchased a hot tub from Spa Serve. It is broken more than working. They charge the customer for the privilege of a site visit even though the past are faulty on the actual machine. Everything previously posted on this site by others is absolutely true. They lie blatantly about replacement parts being posted out, they are absolute out and out robbers.
I would never recommend this company to any one.
