Unauthorized use of my checking account

I bought an effort test on line for delivery & handling $4.99. I ended prior to the thirty days. The product doesn't function! I tested my bank record and found a money quantity of $82.31. I had been additionally incurred a. 66 for global charge. I named the 1-800 number and spoke to individual named Roger. He would return me back $78.32. It's been per week but still nothing. And so I named again and spoke to individual called Chris and he'd not I would like to keep in touch with the superviser on-duty. He explained they'd not return it back. I'll be spoken towards the lawyer I take advantage of to work with simply because they picked this out-of my bill without having my agreement. That is incorrect.
