The company says it sent me something in April (the free trial) and I was charged in May. The only thing I have received is the free trial (according to the statement I received. It looks like they are charging me for the free trial. I cannot locate them online at the internet address they gave me and they have an automated system that will not answer calls. When I tried to contact a live repr. I was put on hold for ten minutes and then they hung up on me. The bank says the company has to refund the product and address the issues, but the company is not anwering.
