Bought a publicity. Of diamond stud earrings that we later required to a completely independent appraiser for analysis for insurance reasons. The appraiser advised me the earrings were of this kind of poor quality it'd be considered a waste of my cash to possess them covered. The appraiser further mentioned that due to such low quality diamonds, she'd be reluctant to actually perform a published evaluation of these. She did, however, create a notice showing her analysis of the diamonds.
I got these details combined with the earrings to Helzberg Dealers in the area where these were bought. The shop declined to provide credit or return about the earrings. The store-manager "analyzed the diamonds" and explained the only method open to me is always to "industry-up, at double the first price of the diamonds" in another purchase.
I wrote towards the Organization Headquarters using the above info and rec'd. NO reaction to 2 individual characters regarding this purchase.
Buyer beware if you should be even considering creating a jewelry purchase with helzberg.
