Their team really are a number of unprofessional individuals who truly know-nothing concerning the Jewelry Company, aside from laying to clients, ruining their purchase requests, being rude to customers who complain concerning the Helzberg unprofessional company. I'dnot purchase any jewelry from these clowns. Additionally they frighten & mistreat other co workers, who are greater jewelry sellers than they're; the supervisor & his flunkies frequently break the Helzberg Diamonds company guidelines once the Area Manger is not about to check on on them. Oneday, a co worker screamed at me before a person, only for greeting the customer first!!!
