Order sample only, received two billings so far and I have not been able to cancel

I requested the test just; the evening the test came that was March 18, I terminated all future purchases. I've been charged for $39.95 on April 1 and another $44.90 on April 16. To date I've not had the opportunity to stop. I just obtained the merchandise once and that I delivered it.
